Clean Up

Please select which positions you are capable and looking forward to volunteer for. Final assignments will be strictly needs based off the veterans present and team composition requirements.

Team Captain 16/40 Positions Filled.

Very knowledgable of surfing, willing and able to teach a veteran the basic principals of surfing and lead a team of up to 4 assistants in the water.

Water based support 56/150 Positions Filled.

Confident swimmer willing to assist a veteran on and off the surf board and in and out of the water.

[Closed] Board catcher 59/45 Positions Filled.

Willing to get in up to waist deep to send boards back out to the surf teams and occasionally assist veterans in and out of the water.

[Closed] Land based support 38/10 Positions Filled.

Positions are limited due to the waterborne nature of this event. Duties can include assisting other volunteers register, serve food and refreshments and host veterans unable to surf.

Medic 5/4 Positions Filled.

Basic first aid training and higher to treat injuries ranging for minor lacerations, abrasions, sting ray strikes, and stabilize any injures requiring Marine safety. Anything over basic first aid will be handled by Marine Safety / Fire department.
